Combination of many massage techniques like Swedish, Thai, myofascial, trigger point and deep tissue, with modalities like Reiki, aromatherapy, and sound to align your physical body. The session may also include an intuitive card reading.
Reiki is energetic healing which focuses on balancing your energy throughout the chakra system. During a Reiki session, there is very light touching on the body. It is done while you are fully clothed and laying on the table or sitting. The feeling is very similar to getting a massage, as it is very relaxing.
This healing session provides structural, emotional and therapeutic relief.

This healing session guides you to channel your higher self and reconnect to your divine purpose. Many times our mind, heart, and soul get distracted and off. The cards assist in seeing what is happening around us and how to recognize the clear signs and choices pointing us towards the path of Ease, Grace, and Abundance. Elizabeth's intuitive energy emerges from the cards to help you perceive things differently and shift your energy to move forward on your journey. This session is most beneficial for guidance with decisions, crossroads, and lack of motivation. This session can be done by Zoom, Facetime, or Facebook Messenger. Elizabeth also leads ceremonies to celebrate the New and Full moons, as well as our Divine Feminine Goddess energy.
Personalized Tours & Land Journeys
Pricing: $100/hour for up to 1 person, then $50 per person/hour

Elizabeth will take you on a personalized tour of Sedona and its sacred healing spaces based on your needs. Sometimes this becomes a Land Journey where you could have a transformational, healing experience.

Healing Tours will incorporate healing sessions on the land using the powerful energy of nature & the vortexes. It is a transformational experience that you will always remember.

Romantic Tours take you to the most sensual spots in Sedona.
Water Tours take you to some of the most beautiful Oak Creek access points in Sedona.
Canna Tours include using the plant medicine Cannabis during the tour in a healing & ceremonious way.

Rock Collecting will show you how and where to surface collect Black Obsidian in Parks, AZ or clear quartz crystal Payson Diamonds in Payson, AZ.

All of these tours make great backdrops for those special occasion photo shoots & ever lasting memories.
